This Pre-Heat Pan is used to heat your sap before adding it to you syrup pan.
Directions for use…fill the pre-heat pan then after it has a chance to heat up from from the heat coming off your syrup pan…open the ball valve slightly so your warmed sap can drip into your syrup pan.
Your syrup will not cool off and quit boiling as you add more sap.
As your pre-heat pan level lowers keep adding sap to your pre-heat pan.
Stainless Steel Pan is 24″ Long x 8″ Wide x 8″ Deep
Included is the 1/2″ stainless steel draw off ball valve as in picture.
